PUERTO PORTALS
This project was an exciting one for us, as the setting and location were spectacular. The owner wanted to keep some of the original features of the building, and didn’t want the property to look too modern. Therefore we choose a mixture of materials to compliment the apartment and the beautiful furniture chosen by the owners interior designer.
A new kitchen was installed with a hard wearing Dexton worktop, quality appliances, and clever storage features were added to ensure maximum space.
Bespoke oak internal doors were made with brass hinges, and FSB handles. Along with matching shutters for above the kitchen worktop which can be closed or completely opened up.

Large patio doors with 3 panels to allow a larger opening, to maximise the view, and floor sunken tracks to ensure a smooth transition from living room to terrace.
Furthermore all doors leading from all bedrooms to terraces in the original gold colour of the building. Mosquito nets were also added to the bedrooms doors.
2 of the bedrooms had carpet and parquet flooring replaced with marble tiles to match the rest of the apartment. These marble tiles were then continued out onto the terrace but not before a new tanking membrane was laid to ensure that there were not any future water issues for the neighbours below. 4 electric sunblinds to provide shade to various parts of the terrace and an outdoor shower, for refreshing cool downs. “
On the back terrace, the marble tiles were laid and artificial grass, bark and metal boarders were added to smarten up a quiet area with minimum of maintenance.Further works carried were; new sockets, switches and lights to the designers specifications, new aircon system throughout, plastering throughout and exterior rendering, painting of all internal walls, ceilings and exterior walls, installation of TV and fibre optics.
The project was then handed over, fully cleaned and ready for the designer to put his finishing touches to the project.
