This project was carried out in the winter of 2017/2018 and comprised of; New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring throughout, underfloor heating, lighting, wardrobes, interior doors, exterior decking, utility area and painting throughout. The owners wanted to increase the light and comfort of an apartment that they had owned for a few years, and in doing so we managed to create a beautiful space using quality materials. The kitchen entrance was increased to allow better access and more light. A new layout was designed to compliment the irregular shape, with new modern white units and a cream colour Dekton worktop. Bright art work was added to create a splash of colour and modern finish.
Underfloor heating was also installed to provide comfort during the winter months.
Beautiful wooden floors were installed throughout, giving the apartment a warmer feel. The length and width of each plank gives the naked eye the impression that the room is now longer and wide – something that the old floor tiles distracted from. The floor was carried over the step, to the side of the fireplace and the fireplace was given a crisper look for a more modern look.
Both bathrooms were completely renovated. The master bath was removed and a large walk in shower was installed. Large sink unit and storage cupboard replaced the double bulky sink. Underfloor heating was installed – so no more cold feet when you get out of the shower. We assisted the clients with the design, all the materials used throughout, and of any changes that were required whilst completing the renovation.
