PROJECT HALLIE
This project was carried out in winter 2021. The owners had brought this well maintained apartment shortly before calling us to assist with some upgrades. This comprised of; new kitchen, utility room, sliding patio door, and aluminium shutters.
Decorating throughout including re-painting internal doors, repairing the balustrade on the terrace. Removing some decorative columns in the living room, matching the existing marble floors and carrying the marble through into the kitchen and utility room to allow for the space to flow, polishing all the marble floors and bathrooms to ensure they shine and sparkle again.
We did some further maintenance on the roof terrace, including; jet washing the floors, painting and new fencing on the roof terrace.
The owners were keen on removing the extremely large gas water tank, and we replaced it with a smaller gas boiler. In addition to replacing the kitchen, we also increased the space looking towards the lounge, to make it feel more open and usable as a breakfast counter, but still maintain a separate kitchen.
Finally we assisted with curtains, rugs, TV solutions and internet access.
The family are now loving their holiday home and enjoying spending time here throughout the year
