AFTER PHOTO – The new kitchen now offers a cleaner brighter space, with new floor and wall tiles. New oven, hob, extractor fan and integrated microwave. As the dishwasher was only purchased a year before, this was kept and an extra door was purchased, so when the time came to change the dishwasher, an integrated appliance couldn’t be installed. A good quality laminate work top enabled us to keep within budget, but provides a clean and manageable surface to work on. Both the owner and tenants were over the moon with the update.
