Completed in the winter for 2015/2016, the owners of this apartment wanted to do a complete reform to change a dark dated apartment into a bright modern family holiday home.
Everything in the apartment was renovated to a high specification including: Electrics – new wiring, new lighting system, low level sensor lights in the bathrooms (for those nightly visits without disturbing sleeping partners) and zoned underfloor heating which can be activated by an app on your phone. Plumbing: re-plumbing of the 2 ensuite bathrooms and kitchen. New aircon throughout.
New pale floor tiles were laid throughout in the same style and carried on to the terrace to allow the space to feel larger.
TV unit constructed with back lighting, and feature shelves with lights.
The kitchen was opened up to allow an open plan feel and to allow more light into the area.
New white gloss kitchen units with grey silestone worktop and smoky grey glass splash back to create a modern feel. Large breakfast bar to maximise the space in the living room, and allowing you to see through to the beautiful views.
Both ensuite bathrooms were given a complete makeover, with wall tiles to match the rest of the floors, walk-in shower, suspended toilet, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
The clients were thrilled with the end results and we even helped them finish the project with furniture and soft furnishings.
